My name is Chon, and I am a Senior Engineer at InterPro Solutions, LLC located in Wakefield, MA. We also carry a great selection of Maximo add on modules such as EZMaxMobile, WebAssign, WebMaint and WebCenter. WebAssign is a simple to use web based application for assigning workorders to laborers and pre-assigning PM’s that have yet to be generated into workorders. WebMaint is also a web based application used to manage your workorders, and it also includes a workorder request module so anyone can submit via the web. WebCenter is a stand alone web application used mainly for in-house call centers. Users can submit tickets via WebCenter, and the application an integrate with WebMaint to automatically create workorders in Maximo.
