V7 Text Wrapping on List Screen | Application Designer | MAXIMO Forum

Hi All,

In v6, if a record description exceeded the available real estate of the table column in which it was displayed, it just didn't show the excess text.

Now in V7 the test wraps so that you can see the entire description.

Does anyone know of a way to put the behaviour back to the V6 way of displaying descriptions on the list tab?

I actually found the answer.

Text has wrapped since 6.2.5. You can add the below setting to the webclient.properties as below to stop the wrapping in V 6.5 – 7.1.1.6 (possibly higher)

webclient.wrapreadonlycolumns=true
