Filter user list returned on reassign for a record in workflow | General MAXIMO 7 Support | MAXIMO Forum

When a user goes to reassign a record in workflow (workorder,PR,PO,etc) I would like to filter the user list results returned to only those users who have access to the site in question.  Currently, maximo returns every user in the system, regardless of whether they have access to the site or not.  I do not want a user to be able to reassign a workorder in site X, to a user who only has access to site Y.  I have attempted using a domain, but have been unable to develop the appropriate sql, as the REASSIGNWF table does not have a siteid attribute.  I attempted adding a relationship to WFASSIGNMENT, to no avail.  I have looked into Global Data Restrictions and Conditional Expression Managers, but am not familar enough with these features and I am also looking for a solution that may be implemented regardless of the object/application.  Any assistance/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
