Problems printing in Maximo 7.5 (Windows 7 OS)

I am unable to print using the Direct Print Icon in Maximo 7.5. We were able to print when the OS was XP but now that we have changed to Windows 7 we cannot. We are using Adobe 8 and IE 8. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
