GOTOAPP Function in URL | MAXIMO Enterprise Adapter (MEA) | MAXIMO Forum

Anyone know of a way to use the GOTOAPP function of a maximo URL with a parameter? 

I am trying to accomplish with the link below

http://mxserver/maximo/ui/maxi…..lue=refwo={wonum}uisessionid=280

This takes me to the Labor Reporting as a goto link, however it is not filtering.  What I am trying to do is "Goto" Labor Reporting from the work order screen so supervisor can approve the labor.
