OfflineThe Message Reprocessing non-persistent attribute ERRORDATA is based on a corresponding file in folder MeaGlobalDirerror. Whenever a MIF error occurs I've configured a communication template to send an e-mail with the value of ERRDATA, i.e. the content of the message. All fine.
I'm trying a similar approach for the Message Tracking attribute ORIGMSG. It's also non-persistent and based on files in folder MeaGlobalDirtxndata (when message tracking is enabled).
Unfortunately the value of ORIGMSG is not displayed when using a communication template.
I'm wondering what's causing the difference, and the best approach to get it working ?

OfflineSolved. As we couldn't do it through configuration, we've done a little Java customization to get it working…
