Worklflow - 'autofinish' | Tutorial Requests | MAXIMO Forum

Hi

We have a simple workflow to route a SR to a new owner.

1) select owner: interaction node with action OWNER
2) send mail to new owner: communication on edge

Until now I was not successfull, to stop the workflow automatically – we always have to route the workflow a second time, so that it stops.
Leaving the SR without a second routing results in "BMXAA2302E – Doing this will cancle the workflow …"

We user TSRM 7.2.1

Any ideas?
