I have created rotated text plug-in, the report is working fine with eclipse V2.3.2 Where do I place the plug-in in Maximo V7.1?

Any BIRT report I create and run gets the following error:

ReportDesign (id = 1): There are errors evaluating script “MXReportScriptContext.get().getUserDate()”

I have Java Version SDK 1.6 and I have tried several installations of Eclipse and BIRT all ending with the same result.

Sorry its working fine now without any error, but if I want to edit the query after a while can I open the query editor again

Thanks for this, but this error is showing when I run the report from BIRT.

org.eclipse.birt.report.engine.api.EngineException: There are errors evaluating script “MXReportScriptContext.get().getUserDate()”: TypeError: Cannot find function getUserDate. (#1).

Hi! Please try to start BIRT Report Designer with Java-Version 6.

Try following command:
[birt]\eclipse.exe -vm D:\Java\jdk\bin\javaw.exe

I’ve installed the ReportGenerator but also have the “bad version number in .class file” error when i try to open a new MAXIMO REPORT.

Where do I place the src folder?

After following your steps to install the ReportGenerator, and when openning a new MAXIMO REPORT, I encountered the following
“bad version number in .class file” error.

Please advice…

Up to now we do not have a Forum in English but if there are some questions, bug-reports;-),new ideas for new features,… just post it here or in this MAXIMO BIRT Reporting Forum! We also startet a MAXIMO User Group at Xing (https://www.xing.com/net/maximousergroup) to share information about MAXIMO, however up to now this Xing Group is also in German, but maybe in the near future we change to english…

Up to now, we just have a German MAXIMO BIRT -Reporting Forum and a German Xing Group! In the near future we want also start an english one…
