Babson College – Utilizes EZDash
Babson College, one of the leading business colleges in the world, has chosen InterPro Solutions’ EZDash module for a real-time and easy visualization of their maintenance productivity and energy consumption data. This customizable dashboard runs 24 hours a day on a 46” wide screen monitor in the main office, so managers and crew members can quickly see their work activity and associated productivity for the day, week or month without having to go to their personal PC. Although this dashboard doesn’t require any user interaction, managers can still open the dashboard on their PC or laptop and view details of the metrics with a simple click.
Some of the features of the dashboard include an up to the minute running ticker-tape style at the top and bottom of the dashboard screen that displays the most recent work requests as well as ongoing and upcoming events that require setups and breakdowns. The middle of the screen displays work order history charts that include labor and material costs.
Another key feature of the dashboard is the periodic showing of energy consumption gauges for oil, gas, electricity and water.
