The New England Patriots called us for some Maximo 4.1.1 worflow issues and to look at some Syclo handhelds that would not sync up to the server. The scope of work consisted of reviewing the configuration of approximately 25 PDA’s, test each PDA’s transmitting and synchronization capabilities and identify/resolve any issues, and based on input from the user community change the workflow process for the web based work requests and purchasing approval processes.
