WebAssign – Workorder Assignment & Scheduling
This web-based add-on to IBM Maximo application provides supervisors and managers with the ability to assign work orders to specific staff as well as track the status of those work orders. Work orders can be assigned on an individual basis or by groups – it as easy as a “point and click”. WebAssign can also be used to “pre-assign” PM work orders that have not be generated into actual work orders. This pre-assigning feature allows the responsible person’s name to be printed on the actual work order which improves distribution and tracking of PM work orders.
- Search and review assigned as well as unassigned work orders by date, specific groups or individuals
- Batch assign or re-assign work orders by group(s) or on an individual basis by “clicking & dragging” to select workorders
- Easily record the actual date the physical work order was assigned to a staff person by the manager or supervisor
- Email individuals a list of all open work orders currently assigned to them
- Search and preview the upcoming PM work orders and pre-assign PM work orders to specific individuals BEFORE being generated into actual work orders
- WebAssign can be run from the desktop, intranet/internet or directly from within Maximo
- Easily report on problem areas and associated response times
- Don’t need to setup labor calendars or shifts
- Follows all of Maximo’s business rules
