On September 10, 2013, support for IBM Maximo Asset Management 7.1x and it’s corresponding components was announced via IBM Announcement Letter #913-179
Effective April 30, 2015, fixes, patches, and telephone support are no longer provided for Maximo7.1x and it’s corresponding components and add-ons of the same version. It is encouraged the you plan to upgrade to IBM Maximo Asset Management 7.5.

Please note that if you are current on IBM Subscription and Support, and are unable to upgrade before April 30, 2015, you do have the option to purchase an annual Extended Service Contract. To be eligible, clients must show that they are preparing an IBM Maximo upgrade roadmap. Extended service is priced at a premium and only available for two years.
