You can set default filters for workorders in Maximo, by setting the default where clause in the application designer. You can set it so that when a user first opens the workorder module, only the PM worktypes are queried. The user can still requery the workorders by using the advanced search. Yes, tried that. I also restarted the MXServer too but still doesn’t work.
I have tried using a where clause of WORKTYPE=’PM’ and also STATUS=’COMP’ but neither seem to work.
I have the same problem in the maximo7. but in maximo 6, it works very well. Anyone know how to fix it in maximo7?
