EZMaxMobile now supports IBM® Maximo® Asset Management Multitenancy, allowing tenants to access their information from their mobile devices.
With Multitenancy, companies can host one Maximo instance to support all of their customers. Data stored in the Maximo database is identified with a unique tenant ID, allowing for a complete separation of data from one customer to another.
Unlike other versions of Maximo, where security configurations limit individual access to data in Maximo, Multitenancy creates stricter data restrictions where a user can only access the data associated with a unique tenant ID. Clients can access and manage tenant specific data and configurations by logging in entering an additional tenant ID, or log in without one to manage global configurations for all of their customers.
Working with TRM on behalf of a mutual customer, we were able to bring Multitenancy support to EZMaxMobile and it is now available for all EZMaxMobile customers.
