I just started to play around with this again and noticed that even in Maximo 7.1.1.6 this feature is not enabled by default. So, you have to enable it yourself. You have to download a package file and rebuild and deploy EAR for this to show. Read the full article here…

Chon, just thought I’d mention to your readers that I did this very thing and it caused havoc with Migration Manager. Specifically, I tried to create a package using the OOTB AppSecurity migration group and this report portlet package was causing the deployment of this package to the target system to fail every time. I had to remove the report list portlet (to the best of my ability) before I could get the package to deploy. Just thought I’d mention this just in case someone else ran into the same problem
