Display More Than 10 Rows of Asset Specifications

The Maximo default display of 10 can be changed to allow the Asset application’s Specifications table window to show more rows to the user without having to scroll.
Go to Configuration | Application Designer
In the Application field enter ASSET and hit Enter
Open the record for the ASSET application by clicking on it
Click on the Specifications tab
Highlight the Specifications table section by clicking on the blue header area
Click on the Control Properties icon (sixth one in from the right)
Towards the bottom of the Table Properties window is the field for Display Rows Per Page
The default is 10; enter the desired value
Close the Table Properties window
Save the record

Hi chon,
I have another Method ..

export xml file of ASSET through Application Designer .

Modify Displayrowperpage to different value again import xml file through Application Designer.

It will display Display More Than 10 Rows of Asset Specifications

“Highlight the Specifications table section by clicking on the blue header area”

SHOULD BE

“Highlight the tablebody section below the blue header area by clicking on it”
